At Sweet Grass Farm we focus on these things: Excellent quality and healthy meat - The Wagyu breed provides the best meat available. Our animals are grass-fed and raised to full maturity to provide the best flavor. Environmentally friendly techniques - our animals are raised without hormones and receive only organic mineral supplements, grass grown in our pastures, and hay from other local farms. We are also working to improve the wildlife habitat on our farm. Succeeding as small local family farmers - We work with other local farmers and a processing cooperative in order to retain control of the entire process from us to you.
